Pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Vermont Rostered Psychotherapist #097.0134819
Hello!
I support folks experiencing relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, and parenting challenges. Many of my clients have goals related to navigating a life change, improving communication with loved ones, or adjusting to welcoming a new baby.

I have a Master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. I use a collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to support clients in making positive changes and meaningful growth. My personal style is easy-going, warm, and optimistic.

I believe that everyone has the innate ability to solve problems and overcome challenges. During our work together, we'll explore unhelpful behaviors and patterns through a compassionate lens and map out steps to replace them with healthy ones. We will regard all successes and setbacks as efforts toward positive change.

I'm currently under the supervision of Dr. Lindsay Jernigan while I work towards Vermont licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
